Why do we stand in the darkness? Step into the light.

If we seek out true wisdom then we find that it's right,

Step into the light and we see things we couldn't before.
The darkness is an anchor that's pulling us down,
So what are we holding on for?
Now the whole world's a madhouse where the blind lead the blind,
And fools chase the wind. What are we hoping to find?
But it's never too late to set folly right,
If we step from the darkness into the light.
Now the greed and corruption of treasonous men,
Have sold-out our country for years without end.
When the American dream is no longer our right.
We'd better step from the darkness into the light.
